My experience of working with Omar and Airfare Centre has been nothing short of exceptional. Initially booking flights to Australia over the Christmas period, everything was done extremely personably and professionally. Later on, due to family circumstances, I had to rearrange these pre-booked flights in a very short amount of time to be able to fly sooner - and Omar went above and beyond to ensure everything happened as smoothly as possible for me, as well as still being cost efficient. I was, by my own admission, probably quite a tricky customer at this point of time – and at no point did this bother Omar at all! He provided all the information necessary and sorted out the changes immediately. Would highly recommend anyone looking to use a Travel Agent to have a conversation with this company. Great service and can’t thank them enough.

MARK HENRY .. Did a super job of tracking down the exact flights ,baggage,connections and payments deal as the site I usually go with . May cost an extra £1 but that's the bank NOT Marks doing..about the price of a tea/coffee where I'm going ... All done in a few hours,call back very promptly. A MAJOR PART OF MY CONVALESCENCE JOURNEY SLAM DUNKED. 10/10
Mark Henry has been great in instrumenting, at short notice a dates and times changed to my travels. He has kept the e- ticket live for me while a postal delay made passport late and has shown great patience with a senior solo traveler that is not fully experienced in all the modern technology of today

I have travelled extensively around the world and have visited over 51 countries. Normally I use the Internet and book my own flight. Due to several illnesses and a heart problem I needed to find a way of book now pay later. After trying unsuccessfully several companies I was beginning g to despair of returning to the UK to visit my terminally ill sister. I decided to try Airfare Centre and this is the first time I have used a travel consultancy. The experience was a surprise and the manner my flight dealt with very efficiently a pleasure.I cannot speak highly enough of the consultant for whom nothing was too much trouble.
